Requirements:
The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
* Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
* Aptitude for tools, equipment, and facilities care
* General experience with tools and equipment is a plus
The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Filtering oil fryers daily
* Maintaining grounds and the building exterior - sweeping, powerwashing, changing trash, interior and exterior windows, cleaning signage and fixtures
* Execute daily equipment cleaning as well as weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment
* Tracks and reports on task completion
* Clean HVAC/Exhaust units weekly and/or monthly, maintain roof cleanliness
