Requirements: At minimum, an Associate#s Degree in Health Information Management, Health Administration or related field. Certification as an RHIT, RHIA or in the process of obtaining is strongly preferred. Two (2) years of medical office experience working with medical records. Demonstrated organizational experience in a medical office.# Knowledge and experience with Electronic Health Record and Practice Management Systems, preferably Medent. Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and HIPAA. Excellent communication, analytical, computer and multi-tasking skills required. Proven ability to work independently with excellent time management skills. Must have own personal laptop and access to high-speed internet. This is a remote position, but the candidate hired must live in Central New York. Pay Range: $15.00-$18.00 DOE#

Position Description:
Under the direction of the Population Health Data Analytics Supervisor, routes and files all patient documentation accurately and efficiently within the patient's electronic medical record.
Requirements:
