Job Description:

Responsibilities/Requirements:

* Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care to patients of all ages
* Works within a collaborative model to provide comprehensive care to cancer patients by conducting physical assessments
* Ordering appropriate diagnostic/screening tests, prescribing medications including bone marrow biopsies
* Develop and implement treatment plans
* Proficiency with EMR EPIC preferred, but not required
* 60% office visits and 40% hospital rounding/covering infusion room
* Providing patient education regarding diagnosis and treatment options, implementing treatment plans and managing acute toxicities associated with treatment.
* AANP or ANCO BC required, chemotherapy/biotherapy certification preferred
* Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives
