ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

  • High school diploma or 2+ years of work-related experience in a related field and position
  • Some experience working with residential trade contractors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, countertops, drywall, tile, and flooring)
  • Understanding of construction basics
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office applications
  • Design software experience with 20/20 or equivalent (preferred)
  • Exceptional customer relations skills with an internal and external customer service focus

As a Home Improvement Estimation Specialist, you enjoy a blend of office and remote work flexibility. You collaborate with our sales/design associates to gather project details, design floor plans in 3D, and create comprehensive remodeling plans. Utilizing our estimating software, you input quotes from trusted partners and vendors, ensuring accurate project proposals. With constant communication with the sales/design team, you guarantee precision in the final plans for homeowner presentations. You also gain hands-on experience by visiting job sites and expanding your construction knowledge while exploring various materials and products in the market. You thrive while building lasting relationships with your colleagues and have fun while excelling in your role
