Our restaurant inside RDU airport is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to create a wide variety of drinks and provide exceptional hospitality. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests.

Responsibilities:

* Greet guests and provide drink menus
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a timely manner
* Check the identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
* Make recommendations and provide knowledge about the menu and drinks
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
* Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
* Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
* Assist with opening and closing duties
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience
* Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting is required
* Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and mixology techniques
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
* Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Must be at least 21 years of age
