About the Job

Pines Ford Lincoln, a Malo Automotive Group dealership, has an available opportunity for a full time employee as a parts delivery driver.

Job Purpose

Deliver auto parts to local customers.

Collect payments and settle invoices with the cashier.

Some lifting required.

Daily duties include the following

Deliver parts orders to customers, pick up returns parts at various vendor locations.

Check all orders for accuracy and deliver complete orders to customers.

Co-ordinate deliveries to optimize delivery time.

List all deliveries on daily log sheet and keep accurate records of all transactions.

Delivery log must be filled out completely and include payment type.

Delivery log must have signature of cashier for cash transactions and signature of customer for all charge account deliveries.

List all deliveries on delivery board in the order of delivery.

Note time out for all delivery runs.

Maintain cleanliness and condition of delivery vehicle.

Report any issues to management.

Assist warehouse staff with distribution of daily special orders that are for delivery.

Help keep the parts warehouse organized and clean.

Maintain a safe and secure environment by following safety and security standards and procedures and complying with all company policies.

All employees must strive to maintain a cohesive work environment while expanding their knowledge and training to accomplish a greater level of work experience and personal value.

Skills/Qualifications

Valid driver license.

Clean driving record.
Knowledge of local delivery area including all of Broward and Dade counties..
