Teller Part-Time

Job Duties:

* Performing transactions such as accepting deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing money orders and cashier's checks.
* Provide efficient and exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
* Complying with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection.
* Complying with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures
* Completing and passing all required regulatory compliance training as assigned
* Connecting customers to the appropriate department specialists that can help them with specialized financial needs.
* Engaging customers in person and by phone to assist, and conduct transactions through self-service technologies.
* Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management.

Education, Experience & Licenses:

* High school diploma (or equivalent).
* Preferred- Associate's degree or higher.
* Minimum 6 months banking or cash handling experience.
* Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
