Coordinator Registered Nurse

Job Overview:
The Clinical Resource Nurse is a Registered Nurse who serves as a member of the multidisciplinary patient care team. The CRN will work with the primary nursing care team to promote and maintain high-quality patient care by facilitating throughput, supporting the Director Patient Care, coaching and ensuring that the facility's procedures, practices, and standards are followed.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing
* BSN degree
* Additional experience required based upon specific department needs
Preferred:
* Completion of Clinical experience in NLN accredited school
Certifications and Licenses Required:
* Active Registered Nurse License in the state of New Jersey
* Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
* National certification preferred
Scheduling Requirements:
* Full Time
* Day shift
* 40 hrs weekly
