As the fastest-growing independently owned construction equipment rental company in the country, we are dedicated to creating a connected jobsite and providing innovative technology solutions to contractors.
Responsibilities:
* Lead by example by inspiring the team to perform at their highest potential.
* Build and develop an exceptional team.
* Maximize branch performance by managing operations, balancing work hours and payroll, and conducting monthly profit and loss reviews.
* Monitor key metrics such as equipment utilization, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, and customer satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively and clearly with the team, keeping management informed of issues and actions taken.
* Resolve conflicts and establish reasonable goals with well-defined expectations for the team.
* Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in the rental industry or a similar field.
* Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
* Proven experience as a main leader or executive overseeing Profit and Loss responsibilities.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
