Our NeuroRestorative facility located in Oxnard, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

Licensed Vocational Nurse

* Oxnard, CA
* NeuroRestorative facility located on Teal Club Road
* 10 bed facility
* Full-time DAY shift available: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
* Per-diem shifts available:
* DAY (7:00 am to 7:00 pm) and NOC (7:00 pm to 7:00 am)
* DAY & NOC shift LVN rates: $28.00-$31.50/hour based on experience
* $2.00/hour NOC shift differential
* OT past 8th hour
* DT past 12th hour
* Low patient ratios
* Access to daily earned pay via Dayforce Wallet
* Opportunities to move into fulltime positions when available

The heart of what we do is support and serve people with brain injury

* Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
* Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
* Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed

Qualifications:

* Current state LPN/LVN License
* Current CPR certification
* Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
* Effective communication skills - ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families
