As a school-based mental health service provider, this position will be a part of OCIC's team-based approach in sustaining each district's multi-tiered systems of support to meet the needs of students and staff through collaboration, consultation, and direct services. This position will operate as an advocate for and support of equitable mental health services and facilitate the development, implementation, and communication of a shared vision of mental health that reflects excellence and equity for all students and their families. Positions considered under this umbrella include school counselors, school psychologists, and social workers.
