The Daily Grind coffee shops are a fun, friendly environment within Norman Regional Health System looking for experienced Baristas. We would love for you to be part of our Daily Grind team. Each of our three campuses has a Daily Grind Coffee Shop. We serve Starbucks coffee and pastries to our patients, families, and healers. If you enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment apply today

Job Summary

* Provides high quality customer service and drinks according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
* Learns to develops relationships with customers.
* Learns all accurate cash handling and deposits.
* Learns how to stock food and drink products.
* Ensures all Health Department guidelines and store policies are followed on cleanliness.

Qualifications

Education

* High School diploma or equivalent required

Experience

* Six months in customer service setting required.
* Six months as a barista preferred.

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)

Licensure/Certification

* Cleveland County Food Handlers Permit required.
* Must be obtained before beginning work in the coffee shop.

Compensation

* $13.00hr

Schedule

Varies during business hours - Mon-Fri 5:30a-5:00p, Saturday 7:30a-12:30p
