Description

We are looking for a Customer Support/Client Service Representative to join our team at ShipOffers and provide exceptional service through timely, accurate, and friendly communication with our clients and vendors.

This opportunity is a career path position responsible for receiving and resolving phone and email inquiries from customers. Our most common inbound inquiries are associated with general product questions, basic reporting and analysis, and internal order placement.

General Job Duties:
  • Resolve customer phone and email inquiries with fast response times, accurate information, and friendly demeanor
  • Gathers information and escalates to the appropriate department as indicated
  • Utilize Zendesk and internal systems to open, manage and resolve tickets/inquires
  • Ability to create and maintain excel spreadsheets
  • Interpret data and extrapolate relevant information

Specific Job Duties:
  • Works under general supervision within a team
  • Follows clearly defined, practices and Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Handles internal/external queries across a range of products
  • May have more detailed knowledge of one or more product disciplines
  • Broad knowledge of internal customer-facing processes

Required Experience:
  • 2-3 years of customer care experience; experience in a support desk environment or an inbound/outbound high ticket volume is an asset
  • Knowledge of ZenDesk preferred, but not required
  • Able to work closely and effectively with others
  • Patient, curious, detail oriented and eager to problem solve
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Experience with web navigation and proficient skills in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with SQL or Query Tools is an asset
  • Previous experience in a Fulfillment or Logistics Environment

Additonal information:
  • Pay: $20-$22 per hour. This position is eligible for over-time.
  • Work schedule: 5 days a week in office (Wednesday-Sunday).
