**Responsibilities**

This position requires at least 1 year experience as an RN in an electrophysiology or cardiac catherization lab and training in discontinue arterial and venous lines. 1 year experience in critical care cardiac rhythms basic 12 lead EKG interpretation and cardiac hemodynamics and an IABP Certification is preferred. Candidates must have a current California RN License ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association.

The incumbent provides coordinates and directs care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The nursing process is used as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe and confidential environment from admission to discharge. Each RN is responsible for collaborating with members of the healthcare team providing leadership personal/professional development and conducting him/herself professionally.

**Qualifications**

**CALL REQUIRED**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license

+ Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an RN in an electrophysiology and/or cardiac catherization lab, or experience in critical care unit for a training position.

+ Training to discontinue arterial and venous lines.

+ American Heart Association ACLS and BLS certifications

+ Other certifications may be required

**Pay Range**

$65.28 - $79.28 /hour
