Positions come with weekly pay, plus the opportunity forinstant pay through Rain, to bridge the gap between paydays for yourconvenience. Position wages range based on experience and the position you areapplying for. We also offer an opportunity for holiday pay, referral bonuses,and tuition reimbursement. With our partnership with North Shore, there maybe an opportunity to become a permanent employee at one of our facilities.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Evaluate patient and perform assessments; clinical documentation; care plan development; communication with the physician, care team members, patient, and familyWound care, Infusion therapy, and Disease ManagementProvide direct supervision of nursing clinical care teamAdminister medications and treatments prescribed by physicianKeeps medication room and medication cart clean, orderly, and locked according to regulations. Responsible for security of keys and counting of medications Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required Ensure that all aspects of resident care plans are implemented and maintained Admit, transfer and discharge residents as necessary to meet the resident's individual needs and maintain the overall safety of other residents, staff and visitors Ensure compliance with infection control standards Participate in regular case conferences and in-services

Requirements
Current Wisconsin nursing license Negative TB test within last 6 weeksExperience with Point Click Care (PCC)Experience in wound careAt least 3 months experience in long-term careCompetency to carry out procedures that the physician orders that are within the scope of nursingProficient communication, organizational and time management skillsAble to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.) Exceptional customer serviceWorking as a team mentalityReliable transportation Demonstrate basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applications, Experience with PCC a plus
Compensation
Pay is determined based on years of experience as a RegisteredNurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Pay Range for LPN: $32-$35 per hour
Pay Range for RN: $53 - $56 per hour
Midwest Clinical Resource, LLC is not a 1099 employer.
