Founded in 1883, St. Margaret's Center is a skilled nursing facility serving medically fragile infants, children, and young adults on a single dedicated campus. We specialize in providing cutting-edge, long-term, 24-hour intensive medical care in a nurturing and home-like setting.

Requirements for a Resident Life Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related experience, specifically with providing care and recreational programs to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities for a Resident Life Assistant:
- Assists the Resident Life clinical team in providing therapeutic recreation programs.These experiences are designed to improve/maintain each residents cognitive, physical, social, and emotional functioning abilities.
- Will complete company sponsored C.N.A Training program.
