WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

* Performs planned maintenance, preventive maintenance, and overhaul duties for emergency breakdowns on operational equipment.
* Assists in planning and implementation of maintenance initiatives for equipment and facilities.
* Maintain proper operation of the equipment, machinery or facility structure
* Be aware of the Company environment, health & safety policies and comply with the objectives as it relates to the role.
* Know the potential health & safety risks and environmental impacts of work activities and understand role in mitigating these impacts.
* Participate in EHS programs as required by assigned site/role (e.g. PULSAR safety observation program, Safety Triggers)
* Walking, climbing, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at heights to 35 feet.
* Complete EHS-required training and follow operational procedures

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

* Basic mathematical skills with knowledge of metric and standard tools and conversions. Use of calipers and other precision measuring devices
* Attention to detail, proactivity and effective follow-through.
* Industrial Vehicle Operation experience
* Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
* Good troubleshooting abilities.
* High School Diploma or Equivalent.
* Applied Math: Level 4, Workplace Documents: Level 4, Graphic Literacy: Level 4, Workplace Observation: Level 2

BENEFICIAL

* Prefer 3 years industrial maintenance experience.
* Knowledge of and experience with SAP/TaO.
* Experience with tobacco packaging and processing equipment.
* Industrial Vehicle Operation experience

Wage Information

* Bonus Target: 7% percent
* A targeted factory incentive bonus.
