Experience: Two years experience with School Transportation
Records, Reports, and CorrespondenceMaintain Educational Logistics program for the Waller School District Boundary. Maintain all routes making adjustments whenever necessary. Work directly with all school Registrars in giving correct information on availability of bus service, pick up location, and times. Work with the public in explaining why routes are designed the way they are. Assist in the planning, implementation, administration, and evaluation of the transportation program to meet the requirements of the Waller ISD. Assist in the establishment of and conducting in-service training and retraining programs for all employees. Promote high standards of safety and good housekeeping methods in all work connected areas. Answer telephone calls and inquiries concerning routes. Drive routes in emergency situations. Assist in preparation of annual TEA reports. Assist in the investigation of all in incidents involving any district vehicle and follow up with interviews and investigation
Data Entry Assist in the computer operation in the department OtherAttend meetings as a representative for the Transportation Department when requested by the Director of Transportation. Operates a school vehicle daily. Serve as a substitute white fleet driver and/or bus monitor as needed. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
