We are Hiring Commercial HVAC Installers

Be part of our residential and commercial retrofit/changeout and/or new construction installation team We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and provide company paid training, including dealer training to facilitate and promote professional and personal growth.

Job Title: Experienced HVAC Commercial Installer

Locations: Gillette, WY

Pay Rate: $24.00 $35.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

Work Hours: Monday through Friday. Hours fluctuates depending on job, 4/10 schedule available, with available overtime

Position Summary: To Install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high-quality and time job performance.

Qualifications / Skills:

* Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
* Pass background and drug screen
* High school diploma or its equivalent
* 2 + years HVAC commercial Install experience
* EPA Universal Certification
* Advanced understanding of layout, design, fabrication, and installation
* Proficient at residential and commercial installations
* Advanced Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
* Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings
* Size and draw duct work correctly
* Start up and trouble shoot furnaces, air handlers, rooftop units, heat pumps, VRV's, and condensing units
* Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagrams
* Excellent customer relations skills
* Ability to train entry level personnel
