Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. # Skills Strong and effective oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and data management skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong leadership and training skills. Knowledgeable of community resources. Develops effective working relationships with physicians and interdisciplinary team. Purpose:
