* Interface with and travel to third-party testing facilities to execute high-voltage test plans.
* Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for component, subsystem, and system-level testing, including high-voltage electrical stress testing
* Troubleshoot electrical issues in a range of test stands for a variety of purposes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test cases and procedures covering a range of operating conditions and use cases.
* Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in product performance and reliability.
* Prepare detailed test reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for design enhancements or corrective actions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of transmission line system products.

Basic Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of electrical safety principles and practices (NFPA 70E).
* Proficiency in using electrical test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
* Knowledge of high voltage components (e.g., transformers, cables, insulators).

Preferred Qualifications:

* MS in Electrical Engineering
* Experience with High Voltage Electrical Design of power equipment and electrical systems
* Experience working in or with high-voltage test facilities.
* Experience qualifying and/or certifying first-of-a-kind hardware or technology for high-voltage applications.
* Example industries include power transmission or generation utilities, testing laboratories,
