Barista Consultant

Acropolis OPA is looking for a Senior Beverage Consultant with 5 + years as a Senior Barista is a coffee shop setting. 

Acropolis OPA has one full service location in Williamsville and two express locations in Buffalo.  We are looking to expand our simple drip coffee service to a more advanced full coffee and tea program.  We have Coffee Art plus espresso machines so familiarity with this super automatic machine is necessary.  The consulting will be done on site at each location and can lead to periodic consulting sessions with seasonal launches of coffee/tea flavors. 

This position is flexible and can be done around a person's availability.  You would have to be available in the beginning to consult and train with multiple teams at the locations. Deliverables will be asked to be made so that our staff can implement the beverage program consistently.

Successful launch of our coffee program can lead to more consulting sessions down the road with our company.  Simply put, we are trying to create a more fun beverage program and are looking for an outstanding individual who is very social and energetic to teach our teams the ins and outs of an advanced coffee and tea program.
