Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination

* Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
* BCBA preferred; those eligible to sit for the exam or accruing BACB supervision hours welcome to apply.
* 1+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs, along with a proven track record in staff supervision and training.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
* Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for adults and families.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
