As an Invoice Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the accounting department and handling customer inquiries related to billing. 3-5 days a week in person for the first week of training. After that, just 1 day a week in person.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting our Client's accounting department and ensuring a smooth invoicing process for our customers. The candidate will work on a project to enhance efficiency and will actively engage with customers regarding billing matters. REQUIREMENTS

* Admin experience within financials
* Interest in and ability to deal with customers with tact, patience, and grace

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Take ownership of a project aimed at cleaning up processes within a different group to streamline the Accounts Receivable team's invoicing procedures
* Execute a series of repeatable steps to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
* Issue dunning letters to overdue accounts via email and US mail
* Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment
* Handle incoming customer calls pertaining to billing issues with professionalism and efficiency
* Assist in organizing and maintaining financial records
* Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Perform other administrative duties as needed
