    • JOB SUMMARY
      • This surgeon would join our current Sports Medicine office that has a Family Practice Sports Medicine fellowship trained physician. We would like the surgeon to be involved in our school systems on-site for injury checks and football game coverage. The surgeon would take ED ortho-call to join our two general orthopedic surgeons, 2 non-op sports medicine doctors, 1 foot and ankle surgeon, and 1 hand surgeon. We have an outreach athletic training program with ATCs in all 5 of our county schools and middle schools to drive referrals.

        We are looking for a sports medicine fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon to assist us with knee and shoulder surgeries and hip scopes would be a bonus. We are looking for someone willing to invest in the community and help assist in sports coverage at our county schools along with weekly injury checks at the schools. This position does require ED on-call 1 weekend every 5 weeks and 1 day through each week for general orthopedics.
