New Horizons is a nonprofit agency seeking a caring and compassionate Staff Assistant (Ixoria) to Perform and provide secretarial, clerical, clinical and administrative support services.

As a Staff Assistant (Ixoria) your responsibilities will include:

* Enters information in the electronic data processing system, client data, program policies and procedures and other various data, as required
* Answers telephone, takes messages and communicates messages to the appropriate person
* Assembles and maintains client medical records
* Responsible for the collection and transmission of Patient Account information and billing documents
* Opens, sorts, reviews and distributes incoming mail; routes outgoing mail
* Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive material and/or information

Requirements

New Horizons will need you to have the following qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
