Description
  • Maintains and updates Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Responsible for recruitment and posting activity with select universities, internal postings, State agencies, etc.
  • Review applicant data and pre-screen for relevant qualifications - communicates with hiring manager.
  • Acts as Inteva's first point of contact with candidates; schedules, tracks and coordinates interviews.
  • Coordinates all pre-employment screening processes with follow up as required.
  • Schedules and conducts new hire orientation process including company overview, policies, and procedure as well as completion of required paperwork (I-9, acknowledgements, etc.)
  • Assists with coordination of internship and co-op programs.
  • Administer day to day maintenance of the LMS and language training.
  • Administer Inteva's tuition reimbursement program.
  • Process badging requests for US in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Provides badging entry/exit reports as requested.
  • Performs security audits for all locations and high security areas.
  • Monitors and orders supplies as required.
  • Assist with Global Mobility administration.
  • Other duties as required

Position Requirements
  • 2 years professional experience in HR related field preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint preferred.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Experience with staffing tools such as ATS, job boards, etc. preferred.
  • Experience with job fairs and on-campus recruiting preferred.
  • Knowledge of Pro-Watch® (employee badging software) preferred.

Education Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business required.
