* Perform outreach to peers at recovery support centers who have volunteered to help with patient linkage, assign peers to patients, and facilitate their introduction to each other
* Maintain communication with active peer volunteers who are attempting to connect with a patient
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on patients enrolled in the study, including regularly documenting and reporting patient/peer milestones and other relevant information to study staff
* Provide feedback to study staff on intervention and study-related procedures after delivering the intervention to the first 3-4 patients to guide potential modifications
* Participate in an exit interview at the end of the study to provide feedback on the interventions for the purpose of guiding future modifications to intervention content/delivery
* High school diploma or GED required
