We have the following openings:

Full time positions (40 hours/wk) are offered PTO accrual, health/dental/vision. 403b, etc.

We have several on-line programs currently being used by our staff:

you can request time off or request to pick up a shift. You can also send email/text notification to request coverage of an open shift.

for you to complete in the allotted time at your own pace.

The successful candidate must:

* be a Certified Nurse Aide and registered in accordance with laws of this state.
* be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
* possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
* possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
* possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
* have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
* be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices.
* be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
