Your Role and Impact
As a Senior/Principal EHS Consultant - Industrial Hygiene, you will:
* Blend technical EHS consulting with strategic business development to enhance our client relationships and grow our market presence.
* Manage complex industrial hygiene programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly OSHA standards.
* Conduct thorough investigations, audits, and risk assessments, driving continuous improvement in health and safety practices.
* Mentor and potentially manage a team, fostering a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
* Support our regional and national clients. Estimated 20% travel (mostly regional).
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Has expertise in industrial hygiene and a solid background in OHS and EHS, with 10+ years of consulting experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or an EHS-related field.
* Demonstrates strong business acumen, proficiency in project or client management, capable of nurturing long-term partnerships.
* Excels in a multidisciplinary team, offering expertise in industrial hygiene and safety regulations, and risk management.
* Is eager to take on new challenges, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities for business development and managing a book of business.
* Industry experience within a few or more of the following: oil and gas, other energy, chemical manufacturing, government, high tech and electronics, semiconductor, biotech, and pharmaceutical.

The salary for this position can range from $102,750 to $150,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
