Sigma Healthcare staffing is currently looking for a RN Med/Surg (Women & Children) to with our busy client's location in Tulsa, OK.

Shift : 18:30 - 07:00
Job Summary:
  • Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Complexity of Work:
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Personal Protective Equipment:
  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an NCBON approved School of Nursing and/or graduate from an approved School of Nursing.
  • Current RN license with the OK State Board of Nursing or Compact License recognized by the OK State Board of Nursing.
  • Maintain current AHA BLS certification.
  • current PALS, NRP and Ascension CPI.
