Job Schedule: Full-time and Occasional

We are seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our community committed to delivering outstanding care to our residents. As a LVN, you will impact the lives of our residents through providing professional nursing care. Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of others

What you'll do

* Ensure adherence to individual service plans and administer prescribed treatments.
* Conduct meaningful rounds with residents and record visits on charts.
* Administer injections, perform in-house testing procedures, and record vital signs.
* Supervise and assign duties to nurse aides, monitor their work, and assist in carrying out the activities program.
* Communicate with physicians and follow through with orders. Handle medication preparation, administration, and documentation.
* Monitor condition of medication room, cart, and refrigerator.
* Chart accurately and in accordance with facility policy and state guidelines.

What you'll bring:

* High School diploma or GED.
* Current Licensed Vocational Nurse License.
* Current CPR Certification.
* Minimum one-year related experience preferred, or appropriate formal education or Buckner training.
* Working knowledge of basic health care practices and procedures, including infection control.
* A friendly attitude and a servant's heart.
