Position Description

As a Campus Services Technician on 3rdd Shift (10:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.), you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

* Perform regular patrols to secure the buildings around Applied Medical's campuses.
* Inspect security systems, doors and potential building hazards.
* Respond to alarm calls.
* Report lighting, air-conditioning or plumbing issues to the Maintenance team.

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

* Read or train to read design plans.
* Comfortable working in new construction sites or amidst remodeling projects.
* Familiarity with job-site safety rules and equipment.
* Perform manual labor, walk extensively, stand for periods of time, kneel, carry, and climb ladders.
* Work with minimal supervision.
* Willing to work after hours and weekends.
* Computer literate.
* Team player.

Preferred

The following skills and attributes are preferred:

* Knowledge of Access and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems.
* Experience with security systems.
