We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate and organized files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
  • Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other written communication.
  • Assist with data entry, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders as needed.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and computers

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in a related field is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude.
