DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Daily Food Production and Serving Line Operation
* Daily Ware Washing and Kitchen Sanitation
* Follow HACCP Health and Safety Regulations
* Additional Duties the Food Service Director may assign

QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma
* Food Preparation Experience
* Basic knowledge of Food Service Regulations
* Basic knowledge of all kitchen equipment, safety
