Description of the role:

We are seeking a Well-Skilled Caregiver in Palmetto, Georgia. As a caregiver with Always Best Care Senior Services - Atlanta/Buckhead, you will provide compassionate and dedicated care to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

* Assisting with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
* Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
* Assisting with mobility and transfers
* Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
* Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
* Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health and behavior
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients
* Running errands and performing light housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

* Prior experience as a caregiver or similar role
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Basic knowledge of caregiving techniques and practices
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services - Atlanta/Buckhead is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Union City, Georgia. This is a part-time, hourly position for 16 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our senior clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This individual contributor role requires a well-skilled individual with experience in healthcare or medical background.

Compensation & Benefits:

The compensation for this position will range from $13 to $15 per hour, paid weekly. Our caregivers also have the opportunity for advancement within our company. Additionally, we offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, ongoing training and development, and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our senior clients.

Responsibilities:

* Provide compassionate and respectful care to our senior clients
* Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, ambulation, and medication reminders
* Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate parties
* Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided
* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our team

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in a healthcare or medical role
* CPR/First Aid certification
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and patient demeanor
* Ability to adapt to changing schedules and tasks
* Must be available to work Monday through Thursday in Union City, Georgia
