The Christiana Hospital OR Radiology Department is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Rad Tech to work the day shift. This individual will also work every 4th weekend with a rotating holiday schedule

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment
* Developing and identifying radiographs; which includes proper identification of film, date and time
* Performing clerical duties when necessary: receptionist and scheduling duties, completes forms on clinical, etc. and various filing duties
* Assisting with the training of radiology technology students
* Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems
* Operating the following equipment: Seimans, Phillips, and Ziehm
* Burn patient CD's
* EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 years' experience as a staff technologist.
* Completion of two-year program in Radiology Technology is required.
* Associates Degree in Radiology Science is preferred.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
* RT Technologist experience preferred
* ARRT Registered Technologist required
* Delaware license
* Certification in CPR
* Flexibility in hours and duties is required

M-F 0830-1700
