Would you like to join our Team Ford Lincoln Family, A full-time position has opened up within the Service Department for a Valet/Porter Position. This interim position is a great opportunity to work within many areas of the Service Department
Responsibilities to include
- Greeting the incoming customer and directing them to an available advisor in a timely manner
- Parking incoming Customer Vehicle
- Maintaining an organized parking lot
- Pick up and Delivery of Customer's Vehicle after service
- Assisting in off-site deliveries of Customer Vehicles
- Perform Service Valet pickup and delivery functions from the client's place of choice within the local area.
- Safely operates loaner vehicles during pickup and delivery.
- Transports and organizes the vehicles on the lot, making sure they have gas and are clean.
- Verifies collection address and use of driver app to ensure timelines for pickup and delivery are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
- Must pass a drug test
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Must display good judgment.
- Energic
- Good Customer Service Skills
