What you will do as a Bell Person:

* Inform guests of The Lodge services offered, effectively and thoroughly communicates room features. Effectively answers any questions guests may have.
* Being consistently pleasant to guests and inquiring about the guest's stay.
* Addresses guest by name during closing.
* Assists Door Person when needed.
* Consistently stays posted in approved area.
* Arrive promptly in response to guest's request, if not within 5 minutes, guest is always notified of the delay. Bell person always uses discretion with guests and guest information.

Having a Rewarding Career As A Bell Person at The Lodge Means:

* Possessing a high school diploma or G.E.D.
* Having prior experience in a guest contact position.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
