**MercyOne Waterloo Behavioral Health Care**
+ Join one general Psychiatrist, one child Psychiatrist, one Psych Hospitalist, and one Psychiatric ARNP
+ General Psychiatry practice with interest/ability to care for geriatric patients.
+ Full-time schedule (option for 4, 4.5 or 5-day work week)
+ Clinic based with shared clinic/hospital call responsibility.
+ 20 Bed Inpatient Unit and 23 Bed Horizons Chemical Dependency Unit, both in Waterloo
+ Work on a clinical team of psychiatrists, advanced practice psychiatric nurses, and licensed clinicians.
+ Seeking in-person provider willing to relocate to Iowa, not a telehealth provider.
**Compensation/Benefits**
+ $293K guarantee for 3 years + Production Incentive
+ $50K Starting Bonus
+ $25K Longevity Bonus at end of years 1 & 2
+ $15K Relocation Allowance
+ Employer paid malpractice and tail coverage.

+ Part of an employed multi-specialty group with more than 180 providers in northeast Iowa - physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners with established referral patterns
