To manage all internal and external calls in a courteous, professional manner by connecting them to the appropriate department promptly and to page through the hospital PA system and beeper system. Follows all policies and procedures of the department and completes all training as required. Maintains outgoing calls from staff to physicians into the call log entry on a daily basis. Performs clerical duties such as typing and proofreading important documents and calls entered into the call log report.

Education: High School graduate, GED or 3 years relevant experience.

Experience: At least 6 months of call center, or related, experience.
