Philia Home Care is currently seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Falls Church, offering a competitive wage.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to a daily care schedule, fostering one-on-one connections with clients in their homes.
  • Provide patient care under the guidance of nursing staff.
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
  • Cultivate rapport with clients through meaningful conversations.
  • Accompany clients for errands, medical appointments, and social engagements.
  • Offer companionship and maintain a hygienic and safe environment.

Shifts:
  • Available shifts include mornings and afternoons on weekdays, weekends, or a blend of both.
  • Part-time and full-time positions are open.

Requirements:
  • Active Virginia HHA or VA CNA license.
  • 2 or more years of experience in Home Health Aid and Caregiving.
  • Up-to-date TB, CPR, and health screening.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
