Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and their families in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage inquiries and provide information about our services, admission procedures, and facility amenities.
  • Coordinate the admissions process, including completing necessary paperwork, obtaining required documentation, and verifying insurance information.
  • Schedule and conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition for new residents, including coordinating with nursing staff, social workers, and administrative personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of admissions, discharges, and resident information in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and managing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in admissions or administration, is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds with empathy and compassion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Rate will be commensurate with experience.
