Pharmacist

Full-time, Day shift

8-hour rotating shifts, every other weekend and holiday

$30,000 Sign on Bonus

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy, Pharm. D is preferred
* Completion of ASHP accredited residency is preferred
* BPS certification is preferred
* Healthcare CPR
* Current Licensed Pharmacist by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
* Two (2) years healthcare experience is preferred

About the Job:

* Reports to Assistant Director of Pharmacy.
* Provides clinical pharmacy services to include therapeutic monitoring, drug regimen, patient education, and medical staff interaction.
* Performs order entry of prescriber's orders.
* Conducts drug utilization review studies.
* Consults with medical practitioners on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors.
* Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
* Prepares IV medication.
