Position Details:
  • Part-time role with 48 hours every two weeks.
  • Primarily Monday to Friday daytime shifts with flexible start times ranging from 5:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
  • Includes after-hours call shifts with a 20-minute response time requirement.
  • Eligible for a sign-on bonus of $2,500 and a relocation bonus of $2,500 for qualified candidates or opt for $5,000 towards education loan repayment.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, paid time off, and more.

Job Summary:

As a Surgical Technologist, you'll provide skilled surgical services under the guidance of a registered nurse, adhering to established care plans, departmental policies, and procedures. Join us in delivering exceptional patient care and advancing your career in surgical services

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist
  • Basic Life Support
  • Possesses verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with circulating nurses, physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and patients/families.

*To be eligible for the Sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

**To be eligible for the Relocation bonus you must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. You also must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Redwood Falls, MN and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
