Accounting Clerk

Growing manufacturer is looking for an Accounting Clerk. This position will be responsible for performing duties to provide support to sales, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

Responsibilities:

* Entering A/R Invoices, mail, or email invoices to customers.
* Entering A/P invoices into Epicor, match check copy with input status for accuracy, put

check in envelope and file paperwork neatly.

* Assisting the Office Manager in other accounting functions as needed.
* General assistance with Plant Manager, Sales, and staff.
* Backup for Sales Order Entry.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

They are a smaller company with a family-oriented type environment. This is temporary to hire opportunity with conversion anticipated around 6 months. Full-time medical benefits offered during temporary duration and once converted they offer good benefits and competitive salary. Flexible hours 7-4 or 8-5 M-F.

Requirements:

* Previous accounting support experience to include AR and AP within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and ERP Accounting Systems.
* Experience with Epicor 10 a plus
