The Corporate Event Consultant is primarily responsible for overseeing the strategy and implementation of Employee Experience events and initiatives. The position oversees and manages the Employee Experience team and will provide general support to ensure front-line customer service for Perry Homes Headquarters, collaborate closely with corporate clients to understand their objectives, corporate culture, and budgetary considerations, delivering tailored event solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify event needs, themes, and objectives.
* Offer expert guidance and strategic recommendations based on corporate culture, industry standards, and event goals.
* Plan company events, including program logistics, on-site event management, payment, and cleanup.
* Communicate event scheduling and needs with venues, vendors, speakers, and guests.
* Develop agendas, budgets, itineraries, and procure all materials and logistics for successful event execution.
* Work closely with Employee Engagement Specialist to strategize new Employee Engagement initiatives.
* Strategize internal communication regarding Employee Experience initiatives.
* Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefs, soliciting feedback from clients and attendees to assess event success and identify areas for improvement.
* Assist in overseeing office event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless execution.
* Responsible for oversight of Hospitality Coordinator and maintenance of Hospitality Service areas.
* Provide administrative and organizational support to the Human Resources team.

Supervisory Responsibilities

* This position directly supervises personnel in the Human Resources department.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Requires at least 8 years of experience with a proven track record of success in corporate event planning and management, with demonstrated experience in delivering high-impact events within budgetary constraints.
* Professional certifications in event planning or project management preferred (e.g., Certified Meeting Professional, Project Management Professional) are advantageous.
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster productive relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
* Creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
