Safety Clean LLC is a Growing Non-Union cleaning company in NY that is looking for experienced cleaners for a luxury residential building.

Shifts:

+ Monday- Friday 4PM-12AM

General Requirements:

+ Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures and clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash receptacles; replace light bulbs; refill restroom dispenser

+ Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high-pressure washers, high-speed buffers, and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc

+ Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed

+ Perform cleaning and related activities such as removing snow or debris from sidewalks using hand shovels and exterior squeegees. Use salt spreaders to distribute calcium chloride

+ Daily interaction with customers, vendors & supervisors in a professional manner

Job Qualifications:

+ Must have relevant experience

+ High school Diploma/GED required

+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and dependable

+ Applicant must pass a drug screening
