What You'll Do:
- Build Relationships: Establish and nurture customer connections, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Educate Customers: Implement a customer-focused, needs-based review process to inform clients about their insurance options tailored to their unique circumstances.
- Drive Growth: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs while marketing appropriate products and services that best meet those needs.
- A keen interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Outstanding communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
- A people-oriented mindset, with a genuine desire to foster relationships.
