POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for receiving daily telephone calls through the telecommunication system and directing them to the appropriate resource, responds appropriately to Emergency CODES and Emergency Preparedness calls. It is expected to work within the program directives of the funding source, within the philosophical framework set by the Board of Directors, and within the existing network of community services providers and natural helpers.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required

2. Experience in operating Cisco Unified Communications Manager Attendant Console system
